Courier: Royal Mail (all items are signed for delivery. If you are out when a delivery has been attempted, Royal Mail will leave you a calling card telling you how you can pick up your item)

Delivery Prices:

The cost of UK and Republic of Ireland Standard Delivery is £3.99. Delivery will be made between 2 to 3 working days.

The cost of UK Next Day Delivery is £5.99 and available on orders received before 2pm Monday to Thursday (except Bank Holidays). Orders received on Saturday or Sunday will be despatched on the following Monday.

International Delivery: Please email us to enquire about our International Delivery Charges.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase we will be more than happy to offer you a FULL REFUND (excluding delivery charge), or exchange it if you so wish. Just return your item to the Returns Address listed below within 14 days of receiving your item.

We pride ourselves on bringing you great quality products. We check every item before they are hand-wrapped and despatched to you. In the rare event that you do receive an item that is faulty or damaged, we will be more than happy to give you a full refund or you can exchange the item.

Any item to be returned must be in its original condition and packaging and returned within 14 days of receiving your order. The items must be unused and all tags attached.

Returning a product is your responsibility and at your own cost. Please ensure that when returning an item you obtain a receipt as proof of your return. Enclose your original purchase invoice from LoveThyBag.co.uk in the package.
